We can deliver your linen rental order. In fact, we can even set up your linens for you prior to the event! That said, there may be additional fees for this service depending on the location of your venue and the date of your event. For example, after hours delivery may add another charge to your overall linen rental cost. That said, if you have a unique situation and would like to discuss our delivery and/or set-up services with us, just give us a call!
Yes, you may cancel your linen rentals – as long as you call to cancel at least 7 business days prior to your scheduled rental date. You may also change your linens order, as long as you do so 7 business days prior to your scheduled rental date.
One day, or a 24-hour period is the time you’re allotted when renting linens for an event. That said, if there are scheduling conflicts or special requests regarding the length of your linen rental, please contact us and we will discuss your options.
Due to the fact that all rental items are reserved on a first come, first serve basis – the answer is YES! Always reserve your items prior to the event, we recommend all our clients reserve their linens as early as possible to ensure availability.
